They make you drive there and do the same thing you can do online with online loan company from home but made it seem like they were different and your loan was approved as long as you bring the needed items. 45 minutes of a drive and wasted time I won't get back when I could have sat at home online for 5 mins for the same outcome. And it said no credit inquiry...well that was a lie. To give credit where credit is due, I'll say the lady that works there was very nice; that is all. Beware!

They were nice but they decline my application didnt say why never recived anything in the mail only a star for good communication skills in the two nice ladies in the office other then that nope

A waste of time! The application says online but you must go into the store to apply in person. I brought in all my required documents... (TX DL, SS, Proof of Residence, Proof of a Working Phone (Phone Bill), Pay Stub, and 4 "Local" references who are relatives not living you. You would think I would be applying for a car or something! The front desk lady told me to wait around in the area since it takes 1 hour for the decision (Hmm but it's called No Wait Loans) and I would have to come back to sign the contract. She stated someone will get back to me in 1 hour or less. I waited around at Panda Express...3 hours past I didnt hear anything. I gave them a call 2x, and I was denied they did not state the reason or give me any other information. I just thought that was a waste of time. If your looking for a better loan check out Opportunity loans ( Opps loans! It is an easy online application! No driving across town to waste your time, No gathering lengthy documents, you can make monthly payments online, refiance process is a breeze and it reports to the Credit Bureau! Good luck 👍
