I usually don't leave reviews but I was very disappointed in how I was treated. Don't get me wrong onemain is a good loan company but their customer service is horrible. When viewing reviews before taking out my loan a few of them did admit to onemain being a good loan service but complained about their customer service being horrible and they were a 100% right with what they said. When i called about my issues no one wanted to go through the process of trying to fix the problem everyone just wanted to tell me no in a very rude way, like i was irritating them with my call. I could understand if I was being rude myself but I was willing to take any steps needed without causing any trouble. When I asked to speak to a manager she was even more rude. I guess being the one in charge really went to her head and made her very arrogant. She declined to see any proof or evidence I had that could help me with my situation and so she could see where my confusion was coming from. She shut down everything i was saying as if I was telling a lie. The whole approach with my situation just seemed very lazy like no one wanted to do their job, everyone just didn't want to deal with it. Such rudeness make me wish I never took the loan out of onemain to begin with and I definitely will never do it again

There whole process was a complete waste of time. Lending Tree and the other folks they are in cahoots with basically mined my financial data and probably sold it off to other predatory lenders. Since beginning to deal with all of them, my phone won't stop ringing from other jacked up lenders.

Brenda, Ana and the entire team is beyond professional! They deserve 7 ⭐️ star’s ! I have been dealing with them two years and every single time they have only exceeded my expectations! They are knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful . Keep up the great job ! - From Sunita J Hedaoo
