I just came in here and they were amazing. The manager and man that was working there was knowledgeable and kind. They greeted guests with smiles and they explained the loan processes and different loan amounts and etc. I have used oportun twice and they have been great both times. They also will work with you if you ever can't make the payment or any issues arise. However, I will say if you are close to the location then visiting them to help with your needs is a lot better than calling their help line as it is a bit ridiculous honestly.

This is my first time here. I been getting pre approved offers in the mail but never needed it. But I took a chance and applied today online because I had an unexpected emergency come up. I was approved and asked to come in to complete my paperwork. This location is not far from my house. It was not crowded. The associate was very friendly and welcoming. Completely my loan and paperwork was fast and easy. I will be using them again in the near future. They were a life saver
