I previously went to a different Oportun and they were not very friendly and knowledgeable. But I recently went to Oportun with my mom on N. Fwy and we were received with a warm welcome and quick service from a Violeta Martinez. She was able to assist my mom and was very pleasant and detailed oriented. Thank you!!!!!! The drive was definitely worth it.

Great customer service, Karen helped me solve an IT issue that I had with my account that the call center could not assist me with, super friendly and proactive. Lisset was super friendly as well. Both representatives provided a great service.
