It’s not my first loan i get here. There’s usually two really nice ladies that work here. This last time i went to pay my bill and there was another lady. I went with cash. She failed to mentioned they don’t give change and just took the money and said the rest of it was going to my remaining amount. I understand it was getting busy, that doesn’t mean to rush processing my payment to get me out of there. I had to skip on one of my other payments for this. Very unprofessional of her.
