Tina was excellent and friendly and thorough in handling renewal of my loan. Met with her to sign everything and she was very pleasant and friendly.

if I could rate this store a ZERO I WOULD ... worst experience ever!! I applied for a loan and was initially approved and told I could even go for a higher amount of 4000. The rep told me everything I needed to send and did so. On my way to that location I was told to no longer go due to being denied. How is that even possible when you even offered me even more money.. I headed to the location so they can explain to me as to why. The manager Tina Castillo not only had her door locked way before 6pm she was extremely rude. she came outside with an attitude stated as to why I was there. I just wanted a response as to why I was denied after sending everything that was needed. she said well you have horrible credit etc etc .. I called another branch told them if they could see my account. they were shock and didn't understand why it was voided out and by the looks of it I had great credit and everything was great so I went to the other location and got the loan. I would recommend a change of staff or manager which is supposed to set a good example to employees... this situation was unacceptable customer service

Don’t trust the manager here. I got a 2500 loan and I fell behind and was about to catch up just needed a month because of work. Manager said he can have payments pushed back. I said cool. I checked online he added hundreds of dollars to the loan saying I got it but I haven’t. I think the manager pocket the money. So he changed my info to pay almost 2 thousand dollars more than what I was suppose to pay. Then I called to ask about it then he start lying through his teeth saying people calling him and looking for me which it took me less than a min to say that’s a lie..... he had some guy trying to play hard on the phone which what I do and deal with he just a dude in a suit and not scared at all... don’t trust them be very careful

Minnie was amazing!! She helped me so much today with my loan. After being denied so many times and only needing a small amount I was very worried, but regional financial was able to help and I’m so glad they hired Minnie!!

I've had a couple loans in the past but this is the first time I've had to come in to wrap up a contract. Nice staff and good communication through out the whole experience. Ruth was very nice and helped me through the whole thing. Cinthia was also very helpful, put down was she was currently working on to help me close and get me out the door with my loan. She has some very welcoming eyes and oriented me through the closing process step by step. I recommend asking for Ruth or Cinthia if you are looking to work with Regional Finance.

You guys were Great! Thank you for all your help! Also I wanted to say the young lady that assisted me on the phone stayed with me the whole process and I want to thank her for that.
