Great Staff, Wonderful, They Know How help There Customers Two Thumbs Up,

I tried to refinance my loan but when they saw I was working for a temp agency, they said because I work for a temp company, they shouldn't have gave me a loan in the beginning. I've been with my temp service for nearly ten years and haven't been let go from it. Highly disappoint about job discrimination, go somewhere where no matter where you work, you won't be turned down and will be appreciated. Will not be returning after my current loan has been paid off.

Any one I’ve spoken to just pass me around on the phone like no one wants to deal with me. Staff is unwilling to help if they don’t see it benefitting them as I’m sure there’s some type of commission incentive for the employee but it does not give them the right to be dismissive towards someone I hate that my account got transferred here I always received way better service at the old westheimer location

Their background checks are very poor. I recently was checking my credit score and I had someone take a loan out in my name for 1,700 from this branch and location.

My customer service rep Sam was very knowledgeable and helped me achieve the solution for the loan I was needing. He even reached back out to me to get me financed on his off day and I was able to get everything resolved for the purchases I needed to make. Regional Finance is an awesome source when you have quick need of some emergency funds.

Their response to my refinance sucked I had to call them to ask about any other documents needed . To get my loan approved. Even though I have been with them for longer than I should . So unprofessional I’m very disappointed in their service no sense of urgency to my situation
