Very unprofessional at the Wayside Office. No customer service what so ever!!! Those ladies need to be reminded without customers there is "No Job"! After being told no to my approved Ioan? Talking to the manager did not help she had attitude to. She was not listening putting me on hold as I spoke. So it is definitely within the management. She was truly worthless and unprofessional too. I had a much more pleasant experience at the N.Shepherd location. Totally professional had no issues what so ever! Wayside office needs serious training with common etiquette on customer service. Maybe they need to learn how to be nice and follow the traits of the N Shepherd office. They need help!

I have never had a problem as I have read comments and I have borrowed not once but twice . Before signing read it will tell you when payment is due and you will get a phone call if you missed a payment because I have received it once and I put it on my calendar so I get notified when payment is due . I also went online signed up to make payments online . When I was tight for funeral this company helped and I’m grateful .

My experience with Regional Finest was very good. Besides one of the staff, the others were great. All employees were easily accessible.
