Talk to your customers a little better instead with an attitude

If I could give zero stars, I would. After having referred repeat business to this place, they could not assist when I paid off a $1000 loan. I paid them EARLY to clear my balance. Told me I needed to be there before closing or the pay off amount would increase at 5:30. When we got there to pay it at 12:40, they said the pay off balance increase. Stating they told me to be there by 12:30. This was not the case. She said it would increase at 5:30. Paid it anyways, to get out of this loan. In the past, I've referred friends and family to them. Never again.

They are very understanding and work with you, they help you in every way they can, I am highly satisfied with their services I've been with them for 8 months and I love it Ms.Maritza i believe is her name she's my loaner and god her service is great!

Treat you right always understanding and meet your requests and needs happy to continue to come here!!

Marissa was so sweet and kind! She was so understanding and very helpful throughout the whole process. I did see negative reviews but for me it was the total opposite!!!!! Thank you again Marissa for everything!

The service is great, the people are nice but the interest rates are outrageous. You're paying triple for the amount you take out. They used to be better but I guess it's what you get for a for profit business.
