This would be my 3rd time coming to TitleMax and they have always been very professional and great at customer service. Today I was taken care of by Donald and he was of big help plus his customer service was amazing as well as the fellow lady next to him in the office. Can’t thank y’all enough.

I called to speak to the manager after reading on the website that proper ID and proof of income is required. I was also told via the phone that both parties on the title had to come in before a title loan would be issued. I explained to the manager that I did not sign the title, I did not come in the store and my husband had no job. So I’m not understanding how he was given a loan. The manager was rude. Told me the information I was given was not correct and my only recourse was to file a police report.
