I have been coming to this location for years. I can truly say every customer service representative have all been exceptional nice kind n helpful people. On today 7/19, thanks Wendy Lozano for your help. When I call or come by she recognizes me. What a blessing and the same holds true with Carla Lopez.

I have been using world finance for a couple of years now until now that I am learning about other places with better rates First National Bank of Texas is my new to get extra money for my vacationing at a very low interest rate I am talking about low rate unbelievable I been giving my money away . No more World Finance for me !!!

Was using the service for a few years until I moved to a different part of town and now I get constantly called to remind me to make a payment EVERYDAY when I've never have missed a payment. Also asked not to call before 2pm because of schedule but still calls at 10:30-11. The harassment is overwhelming. Even after telling them I will not be using their services I get calls saying I can get more money. Said it helps build credit. Lie.

Nikki is so patient and kind. She filed my taxes and helped me get a loan with my terrible credit. Since being with World Finance, my credit has gone up tremendously.....as promised!!
