I have been doing business with this establishment for quite a few years. My husband and I take out a small loan when we go on our Houston Texans Away football games, if needed. I have always been so pleased with how professional and kind the staff are when I have contacted them. This year, I had the pleasure of working with Nancy. What a sweetheart! I was able to use their loan by text link since I have been a customer for a while, and I had an active small loan. Nancy was so knowledgeable with the process that she walked me through each step without missing a beat. My loan was in my bank in minutes. I highly recommend doing business with this company. Leanne here is very unprofessional as a manager not sure how she is even in her position.. as a customer going through life situations even though no one is here on this earth to feel sorry for me or my situation but as a manager talking. To a customer I would think I wouldn’t be talked over or ignored of forced to make a payment that I can’t make.. worst customer service ever an I’ve dealt with them for about 3 years now an this is the first time I have never been late on a payment sometimes even paid more an to call my phone an not let me talk is very rude I will never do business with these company all because of LEANNE!! Thanks!!
