There is a lady that help my brother. Brought car and she want to charge him 600.00 to transfer title. The car had no motor you cannot register a car with no motor. Tried to explain loss cause no one can answer any questions. Why even go to work . Just how she answered told the story of her not wanting to answer anything. At the end then she knows what I am talking about we are trying to borrow money not get charged for something I cannot be fined for really. Any who after going store to store still no loan no nothing 24 hours it’s a joke.
