Tower Loan, Humble, TX

Well, since I am in a position to substantiate complaints of predatory lending, violations of reg F, and my report to CFPB I visit Tower Loan after applying for a loan. I was able to document what I personally witness and will forward.

I really enjoy doing business with Tower Loan-Humble Location. I been a loyal member the past two years. LaQuisha is a great speaker and very knowledgeable when customers have questions or concerns. Amber is a very intelligent person that's also knowledgeable and keeps a smile on her face. Amber has been very instrumental with helping me the past two years and she makes the loan process easy and always ask about my three daughters in which she has daughters. Both of these ladies love what they and it shows everytime I come in to do business or ask questions.

Great customer service and they really work with you to be able to help even if my credit was not the best. Cade, Amber and Josue are all very polite.

I came to this store not expecting much but I received more then a welcome ms.amber was able to help get the money I needed to fix my car. and staff was so welcoming.
