Disgusting and unprofessional!! Advised I take off of work early to better accommodate his schedule because I was "approved for my loan" given monthly prices and all. (keep in mind there were no appointments) has me wait over 20 minutes on "system issues", the receptionist has an entire conversation with an applicant on speaker phone (talk about pii lawsuit!), asked the same exact questions I had been asked 3 times previously, then tells me I was denied for "reason for loan"(which was emergency school expense) after 30 minutes in office, over an hour of phone time, and after being promised I was approved. When asked why I was lied to and asked to take off work early because I was approved, I was told, "to ask some questions!!! No different question than asked before 3 times!!! Do not recommend

Was there for over 2 1/2 hours just to get alittle extra funds added onto our existing loan. The agent asked for everything except who we were voting for. We thought we would never get out of there. Another customer walked in and this agent put us on hold so he could pull this other customers file. We felt this place was way to slow as well as to much paper work. You basically sign your life away for so little. Not worth it. Was there for over 2 1/2 hours and only one other customer came in. That shows what kind of place this is. Not worth your time. Also, interest rates are sky high. I give this place a little one star.

Is not clicking every time I go to the office located in Huntsville I am greeted so politely all the workers are very efficient and doing their job they're always chipper and I leave with a smile going to make me cry

Places like this are succubus. They will promise you money and then bleed you dry. They are not in your best interest, sure they are good in a pinch but in the long road you’re more broke than you were before walking in. Places like this should absolutely be illegal.
