Mrs.Gina is amazing person. She is very understanding and doesn’t complain about anything. She was very patient. If you need loan, definitely the person to see!

I went in today and started to apply for a loan. Heather is the person you served me.... attitude. From the moment I sat down with her she made me uncomfortable. She got short and snippy when I asked any type of question, haven forbid I make an inquiry about a service I am seeking. I was missing 1 phone number and was leaving to retrieve requested information to complete the application. Heather said when she thought I would not hear her, "You can always try and get a loan somewhere else". I responded "please repeat that" she did not respond. I said "your right, I can. Please return to me all my information, I know longer want to do business with you." She actively ignored me. Finally she returned some of my paper work, but not all. She retained my sensitive personal information. Why do you need to keep my SSN and TXID copy if I am not getting service from you. What nefarious activities do you have planned. It took me 10 mins and talking to another employee to get a number to even make a complaint. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Here is a list of the companies I do business with that treat me with the respect 1 person gives to another. Secure Finance/Sunbelt Credit, World Finance, and Regional finance. I was able to get the money I needed to fix my car in minutes from World Finance after the poor treatment at this place. But if you are in a situation where this is your only option, I would recommend dealing with Myesha Bell, she will treat you with respect as she did with my friend whom needed to start here. But it is worth noting Ms. Bell is the manager and was present at the time, but allowed and watched her employee treat me in the way she did. Standing by and saying nothing is a form of inactive support for Heathers behavior.
*Update* I contacted the head office where I was told their was nothing that could be done and "I don't have an answer for that". I was told that the complaint office would have better knowledge and the ability to address my issues more effectively. Left 3 messages with them, yet to get a responds back weeks later. Seems the dis-value of customers and the safety of their personal information trickles down from the top. Yet they come here and ask me to contact them for what purpose. Your not going to reply back to my message. They have a complaint department for the sole purpose of responding with a cut and paste reply to reviews. As an effort to give the illusion of care and concern.

Miss Bell did a fantastic job helping me today, she went above and beyond. Not to mention was very kind and polite the ladies and western finace in Huntsville are second to none!

Jennifer and Alex made the process of getting a loan SO EASY and stress free. They were extremely polite and informative when answering any questions I had. I highly recommend Western Finance if you're needing to work on or repair your credit! These lady's are the BEST!
