Cash Store, Irving, TX

It seems to me that all this locations are short staff or the ladies at most of the locations seem like they hate working. Most of them are very rude but are nice when your payment is due . I never needed to borrow money from these types of places. But I was in a bin with other things and I so regret dealing with these types of places. I am just ready to pay this off and be done with it .

DON’T DO IT. WORST experience ever. You are better off getting a loan through a legit bank UNLESS you don’t mind being scammed, you love paying more than what you owe, enjoy lack of communication, and could care less where your money goes, this is the place for YOU. When it comes to loans and credit cards, I enjoy paying more than the minimum. But with the Cash Store, you can pay as much as you want until your face turns blue and those payments would not reduce your balance. Also, it doesn’t even help boost your credit which was what I was told it would do if you bank with them. I pulled out one solid loan but ended up paying two separate loans which when I asked why I was paying two different loans, no one could tell me why. When I asked where the money went, they said they did not know. And they still made me make more payments towards a loan that they had no control over. Do not refer your friends here unless you both enjoy looking like a clown. This place would be perfect if you’re completely desperate for money and have tried every way to make money. I will be alerting the BBB while I am at it. This was probably the worst place anyone has ever advised me to go to get a loan for the first time. Legit trash.

Go see the DREAM TEAM and tell them I sent you! Not Kidding show them this referral and they will take care of you! If you borrow $100 for a week you pay $8 to pay it off! I walked in needing to make a huge uncomfortable payment from the money I borrowed way (whoooooweeeee....$1k)! I was so stretched financially! They gave me options that fit my lifestyle! I made a huge payment, and they adjusted my balance by refinancing it and Omg I was so happy to see it lowered my payments drastically! The Cash Store on McAuthor is the bombDOTcom, and they dont shy away from options that work for me!!!! I thought they would need blood, arm, and a leg lol...but my pymnt plan allowed me to balance life again as I get the loan paid off without defaulting! Thank you for being rock stars and giving me VIP service EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!

The employees at the cash store were very professional, polite, and warm. It is very unique to find a place that provides this level of customer service. The staff walked me threw the process step by step and ensured that I understood everything 100%. I will refer many people to this location.

Jannet is a friendly lady! She offered me water & candy while I was signing my paperwork! She explained everything to me like fees & different ways I can pay on my due date. I was happy to be approved and received my money the same day! Thank you so much Jannet!
