Echo Credit, Irving, TX

Horrible company would not recommend. After waiting for day for the money hit my account it showed back in the echo account. I called them and the agent was rude, abusive and unhelpful. After telling them 4 time to cancel the account they transfered the money. Sending it right back would not trust them to anything.

I would not recommend a loan from this place although it is an easy process and you get your money quickly and easily ... the finance charges are way too high ... They are Loan Sharks, a $1000 loan will cost you nearly $5.00 a day in interest so if you need 6 months to pay it off you will pay double what you borrowed. I got a $3000 loan and I will have to pay it off very quickly otherwise if I stretch the loan out over a year I will pay $6000 for a $3000 loan in just a years time. If you can pay it off in a month or less I recommend doing it, this place is taking advantage of those in a bind and ripping people off. I am In the process of paying this off fast by the favor of God! and a lot of hardwork and double payments made Praying.

Echo credit helped me out in my time of need. Everything was professional and sincere. By the Lord's grace, I was able to repay them earlier than I thought. I most certainly recommend them. And who knows, I may need their help again. Thank yall.

I recently applied for a loan with them, but when it came time to verify my bank account it kept telling me my login credentials were wrong. I know my login info was correct cause I have signed into my banking app 20 minutes earlier. The website told me to call for assistance. The women I spoke with told me to log out, wait 20 minutes, and retry putting in my credentials. I did that and got the same message. I call for a 2nd time and get the same women. She then says for me to try on a different device. I would not recommend this company. No help from their supposed guides and when you email them you don't get a response. I would give zero stars if that was an option. Huge waste of time.

It’s intentionally deceptive by only showing the first 4 payments instead of a clear payment schedule. Even when I called, they had no additional information.
