They are great! Only problem is that it took too long during in office processing. The internet was reeeeeeeaaaaaallllly slow! Other than that this would have been 5 stars. Hopefully it gets resolved soon.

I had a great experience with Melissa and Angel with my loan..They both stayed after their shift and told me they won't leave until they are done processing it..and I know their hearts were in it when I had a little trouble with the process..They stepped up and knock it out of the park for me...Great work guys...Thank you Mariner...

I have used this company 3 times. They are courteousxand professional. This last time, we had delays due to computer issues and approvals from underwriters. The manager and staff did everything possible to make it a good experience.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Mariner Finance twice - in person and over the phone. Service and the entire experience both times was excellent. The staff in the Irving/Las Colinas office are the best and very thorough.

Ana who assisted me was great on explaining the details of the loan and the other possible coverages available such as lost of job , illness etc. This was my first in person experience and am glad I went in . Of course the loan was approved . Thank you !
