I have had very good service from One Main Financial. However I am doing another deal with them, I was in the area and had some questions. So I stoped in. I was met by lady named Marisol. Very rude, ridged. No Good Morning how are you. Sir you have to put on a mask! Do you have an appointment and so on. I could not get a word in edge wise. If I was a new customer, I would not do business with One Main Financial because of her lack of customer service. I highly recommend Marisol get some customer service training, mainly how to treat people. I started to give them 2 stars and up to to 3 only because I have had some good service from Jackie and others

I have been with One Main for many years and I am always treated with respect and compassion and professionalism. Tessie is so wonderful to deal with, she makes it simple fast and easy.

Worst on customer service.. asked for help to get a late payment waived was told your payment is due on that date and that's it. I've had an account with them and never been late and the one time out of the 3 years I've had them no help. Covid & and the winter storm we had in irving texas no help what so ever.. never will I use one main again..

I had a loan with them 3 years ago during pandemic and my credit was terrible. They offered me unsecured for $2500. I just paid it off couple weeks ago - not a single late payment and always paid more than the monthly. I was looking into doing them again and now they want a secured loan with me and not understanding why… little sketchy and weird for your previous customers with outstanding payment history. I would stay away from this loan company. All they want is a secured loan for your car and double your interest rate. Do not apply!

Kathy will patronize you by using a tone like she is talking to a 5 year old child. Then she will contest dates and tell you youre in the wrong, even if you aren’t. On top of all of that, Kathy will then tell you its not her problem. Never have I met with a more unprofessional “Branch Manager”. Run to the Hills. I get the sense they are a predatory lender just like Exeter Finance. Will be exiting their domain VERY fast.
