The clerk was very rude. She makes you feel like your a piece of junk. I dont have an account but have a family member that does. My family member had called and given permission for her to give me details on the account to enable me to pay on the account. She continued to be rude and disrespectful. Made me feel that I was beneath her in social status. V I would NEVER AND I REPEAT NEVER do business with this company. If this is the type of customer service the company has to offer i think they need to go back to the employment pool.
