First National Bank of Jasper, Jasper, TX

If I couod do 0 stars I would. Do not bank here. Absolutely a joke of a bank. Doors locked in the middle of the day like it's gonna get robbed. Forget the people who want new bank accounts. Called after told them their doors were locked and nothing but back talk. Absurdity. Do not use this bank. Least professionalism I've ever had.

I feel so lucky to have found FNB of Jasper. I live 5 hours away, and I don't care how far I go, I will never change banks. These wonderful people go above and beyond for their customers. Best customer service there is. You don't have to live close to to receive the best banking experience you can get.

I've been banking with fnb jasper since 2011, and I cant think of 1 time I have had any issues with them! Whether it be loans, online deposits/purchases or banking, fraud protection, and ease of access everything has been great for me! It can especially be kinda difficult having a small town bank and working out of town (which I know alot Of people in jasper and surrounding areas do) But everytime I need something done or business needs to get taken care of. It gets done I am always left with a positive experience!

I went in with a check from a mulit million dollar company that is National - they said it was written wrong? SO - take and put a hold on it. Then there was a check that had my spouse on it. They said we had to have joint accounts to get it? No he just has to sign it over to me. The only think I could think of was that I was a women although that seem to be all that work there. Do not go here - I went to Compass without any problems. Yes they put holds on the large checks which I expected. I have been banking for 25 years. My spouse and I were shocked.

My husband and I have been with this bank since 1996. The staff is courteous and knowledgable. I would highly recommend them!
