Only person who is helpful is the manager. The rest of the crew have 0 people skills good luck in the future with loosing more business due to lack of professional and a company that openly lied to me about my account.

This has been our bank since I was a little girl. The Name has changed once or twice, and they have more banking services and options, but the friendly customer service and feel of a small bank with employees that know you are still there. Even when I lived hundreds of miles away this was my bank.

Probably one of the most stressful situations in my life was due to this bank. We were set to close on a house, our other house had sold that morning in Houston. Two hours before closing we were notified that they couldn't do the loan. So we were now homeless and all of our belongings were sitting in a U-Haul truck. About an hour later the bank called and offered us a ridiculous loan at an even more ridiculous rate, claiming it was due to the house being modular. A couple days later we moved in to that home due to another bank that gave us a rate at almost 1/3 of what this bank offered. Now, 4+ months later this bank sent us a bill for $650 for the appraisal. I called them and said they backed out on our agreement and the reply was that they offered us the ridiculous loan, so it's all good, we chose not to accept the ridiculous loan. If you want stress then this is the bank for you.
