The Katy office has a truly phenomenal staff. I have been a customer for several years and started at a different branch, but was so thankful they opened this location. Part of the reason I still use them for banking is the staff. Bree Sonnier and Connie are customer service pros! They go the extra mile in helping customers feel welcomed and they really are what make Advancial a great credit union. They both need a raise! Haha

Paid off my car loan last December for 2015 Toyota Sienna but still have not receive my car title as of today. They told me they sent it to me sometime last January but I didn't receive anything. Now I was told I have to go to DPS or DMV to get a copy of the title. Not sure if this has happened to others as well or this is really how things go. This is supposed to be my first car title after a couple of other car loans and almost 10 years with Advancial.

Worse customer service, they treat you like a step child. Never again they are nice once they get you to be a member but after that your on your own.

I really love banking here. The staff is great and always willing to help. I only have one issue and that is simply the night drop. I wish the staff would check it every morning, consistently, as I'm told that they do. Twice now I've had an issue.

Not the best experience.. I had applied for loan and they were calling me in minutes after I submitted my application the lady was trying to approve me even before I was an established customer. Lending called me within minutes as well. I was denied but didn’t hear back I had to be the one reaching out on the status and the lady that was helping was very short after I was denied. Well I’m glad I didn’t became a member. Honestly it feels like they are there for the business and not customers needs or help.

Love the new Advancial in Katy!
Been an Advancial member for over 10 years. I have experienced banking at over 5 Advancial locations across 2 states(Texas and Louisiana).
By far my best experience has been at the Katy location.
The location is very clean and a great play area for kids to entertain themselves.
The Service Reps are incredibly personable and friendly. Everyone welcomes me by name when I walk in and I am always treated with a high degree of professionalism.
Advancial is an excellent credit union and they have step up their game with the new Katy location!
