They continue to report to my credit report incorrectly. They allowed leniency with payments during Hurricane Harvey and they are reporting the payments as late. They opened up two accounts at the same time causing me to believe it was one account. Therefore when paying one was late without knowledge to me. They refuse to remove it or take responsibility for it. Please do not use this place to rebuild credit. You run the risk of damaging your credit.

Poorly customer service especially the manager Tasha. When you speak to a customer you don't speak to them with attitude. Regardless how much you hate your job. Especially when you refer them to the company.

Worse place ever, they will harrass you and your family even if you are one day late on a payment.
