Cindy was amazingly helpful. It's too bad that the company takes the power away from the local associate as to how much a person can get because she was sympathetic to our specific situation and there was nothing she could do to help us get just a few hundred more .... That portion (the amount you can get approved for) is Really not a personal process AT ALL, KINDA UPSETTING ACTUALLY but as far as the job Cindy does and can do she's amazing AND she makes the process pretty simple and fast.

This place was such a breath of fresh air. It’s stressful enough having to ask for a loan because you may be falling on hard times and just need a hand up. I swear Cindy made me and my husband feel so welcome this lady went above and beyond to take care of us and she was truly memorable. We will be back and refer EVERYONE we know here.

My second experience with Titlemax . My first wasn’t good experience and it was frustrating . I had to leave but the second one was just 100% perfect with the help of Cindy at the Mason office . He said it will take only 20 minutes , I doubted but believe me I had the first experience of service that matches the words . I spent less than 20 minutes from the sign up . The approval came in short time and she also gave me a gift card . She’s just one special being . She really made my day and I’m happy . I’ll recommend Titlemax Mason road , Katy because of Cindy .
