We got stuck using this bank because the person we are selling our car to uses this bank. And let me tell you Martha is a loan officer that helped us file the paperwork for this deal. Is the rudest person I have ever had to do business with! Snappy rude, she will return your call 3 days later. It has now taken her 3 weeks to get this loan closed. She is unknowledgeable and will not take responsibility when she messes up she messed up on our deal costing me $100 extra, because of her sending me the wrong account number and bank info. She did not apologize but she did feel the need to send a rude email in all caps when I called her out on the mistake. I am going to be filing a complaint with the president or board of this credit union. This was totally unacceptable, and people should not be treated in such a manner. I bet if they replaced her they would get more members. DO NOT GO HERE! AND you are forced too ASK FOR ANYONE ACCEPT MARTHA!!

We applied for personal loan and was sent to different personnel who will process the loan , at first week one personnel said we have possibility to be approved and on the next day one personnel said we are decline that's the only downfall that we experienced. But generally , after all the 4 personnel processing our loan application they ended up giving us a nice deal to refinance our vehicle for a lower interest , We would gladly recommend this cooperative . They seemed to be very helpful to Odessa community residents . I give them 5 star for such a great job they did to approved us.
