OneMain Financial, Killeen, TX

Usually I have no problems here. I called yesterday on my due date to let them know I'd pay within the 10 day grace period just to give a heads up. I told them I just started a new job but would definitely pay before my grace period is up. They tell me "we'll still call you every day unless you set up a payment to be paid within the grace period." So pretty much they are telling me they'll call and harass me at my new job I just started. Sure enough at 0849 this morning I get a call from Nicole at Killeen One Main Financial. I explained to her I was at work but she insisted I talk with her for a couple minutes. I told her again I would definitely pay before my grace period is up and told her have a nice day and hung up. My boss asked me what that was about so I told him. He instructed me not to answer any calls during work hours on my cell phone unless I'm on break or my lunch. I've been a day or two past my payment date three times in 5+ years. I do not recommend doing business here. It's all about the money and if you're a loyal customer that means nothing.

Been dealing with this branch now for over 4 years. Their entire team is friendly, compassionate, and professional. They have worked with me when budget has got tight. I would recommend anyone locally to visit them if you're in the need of financial means.

I had no issues until i decided to refinance. I was called and told an approval amount which changed after upgrading my insurance to meet qualifications for the amount I was told I was approved for. My refinance amount was actually way less than agreed upon amount and I have yet to receive my funds.

One Main was there when I needed them, Ms. Mae the lady that was helping me was very Professional in her job. Very pleased with One Main.

I wouldn’t recommend OneMain, their whole MO is to get into your bank account and look at your account information. Their process is 100% credit based and is a HARD inquiry. Stay away from them

I am not sure if all of their caring staff have left, but this location in Killeen, TX needs to do better. To Ms. Jazmine that was super rude, unprofessional and continuously breathing hard on the phone like I am interrupting your day, you genuinely need to rethink working at a place that has anything to deal with customers. OneMain I have been a customer of you all for over 3 years, and have had nothing but positive interactions with your staff, but today took the cake. I know that everyone is short staffed but every does not belong working with customers over the phone. Maybe offer some customer service training so that your customers can receive a better experience.

I just recently went through the process of getting a loan through OneMain financial and the customer Service I received from Shantel was AMAZING! She is extremely polite, courteous, kind and award winning customer service. Very knowledgeable and thorough in her explanation of everything and including answering my questions. I truly recommend this company and if you need help in Killeen Texas, ask for Shantel. Thank you for having an employee like Shantel.

Excellent staff and manager. It's the first place I go when in need. A special thanks to Isaac, the manager, and another young lady who helped him. It was a very smooth process, and they helped me set up automatic payment.
