When I first applied, it was a long process, as with any loan, but I was able to get what I needed. The staff is friendly enough to where i dont feel like they are working against me. I really like the app they have as well, since it allows me to make payments without having to go in person, unlike payday loans or other lenders. Another thing I like about security finance is that the payments are all inclusive, which contain the principal payment, interest, etc. So I dont have to worry about just making the minimum payment and getting stuck in an endless cycle like payday loans. Also, they report to the credit bureaus so it helps your credit when you're on time, not many lenders, if any at all, will do that. I can keep track of my payments and pay off amount via the app. They also do biweekly calls as well to inform you of the amount in which you may request on your current loan. So if you're halfway done paying it off, but need the money, you can request any amount you may need from the balance you've already paid on the loan, without having to go through the whole process again! Definitely one of the better lenders I've worked with and I would definitely use them again.

Mrs. Castillo helped me from my first loan to my final payment, she was always courteous and professional. Always willing to work with me on my pay schedule after retirement. Great people in Killeen TX.

I love this place! n my opinion they are the best loan office in Killeen and that I've ever dealt with period! Anyone who has something negative to say, pay your bills and u wouldn't have a problem!!
