Went there to get a loan. Was asked a million questions. Have a job.pay check stubs.and have been a previous customer. Have gotten a loan out there with no problems before but the second time I go in. Different people. Actually short on staff. Letty her name was. Rude and slow at her job. Then try’s to embarrass customers. Would not recommend anyone coming here. Thanks to her. Western finance lost my business.

My elderly mom has an account there and has been a long time customer here but she fell a bit behind on her loan due to medical reasons . That lady Karina is extremely rude and heartless . She demanded my mom pay and would not give her an extension and hung up on my mom . The other lady Erica who used to work there was very nice and understanding. So was the other manager Letty before her .she has other loans and no one has ever treated my mom so cruel and heartless . I don’t think that lady Karina would like someone to treat her mom or grandma like that . My mom is embarrassed to call her supervisor because she doesn’t like to get anyone in trouble so best believe my family going to help her pay this loan off and she will take her business somewhere else . Karina needs to work with the customers because if it wasn’t for their business she wouldn’t have a job !
