Greater Texas Credit Union, Kyle, TX

I have been using Greater Texas as my bank for about 10 years and they are always great. Araceli, Christina, and Harrison (I believe that was the bank tellers name) went above and beyond to help me get an issue resolved. The staff is always great and polite here!

You have my driver's license and my bank account number and my bank is a shared bank. You don't need the last four digits of my social security number for anything. It's my money I'm taking out of bank account. Stop asking customers for the last four digits of their social security number. I don't want hear a corporate story saying it's for security reasons. You have my drivers license number and my phone number enough is enough.

This is the greatest credit union I have ever been a member of. All the staff are very friendly and helpful they will go out of their way to help you especially Christina.

Christina Gonzales is my personal banker at this location and love her personal and professional attention for all my needs at this bank location. Christina goes above and beyond to help me in any problems I have with my account. I'm not a Kyle resident and have to contact her for whatever is going on with my account and she does her best to correct the problem. Stopped by to make a withdrawal because of the Co-op shared branch after driving an hour to get here. Just switched my license over and was asked for a physical copy of my ID. Tried providing the physical copy(paper) of my ID I have for the next 10 business days fresh from Texas DPS but it was refused saying I need a physical(plastic) card. Good notes, the bank looked clean and staff were courteous.
