I was sent a 1099-INT for 2021 back in February. I do not have an account in my name at this bank. The IRS says I am delinquent on paying the taxes on this interest. I have called the bank several times over the past two months to get them to correct this mistake. They always tell me they will take care of this issue but have not done so. I do not think they know how to correct this mistake.

Don't ever get there at 4:59 or 5 on the dot. They will shut blinds and not take a second to help you. Ridiculous

Not only have I received such outstanding customer service from NBT, they continue to improve and update their banking services so that I can easily manage my accounts anywhere I go. I feel confident trusting them with my finances, and the staff is always so friendly and willing to assist me.
