My experience and service with Mrs. Dolores was absolutely 5 star service. She was extremely helpful, personably professional and not the type of assistance I was expecting to get. Couldn’t have asked for better.

As you walk in u are stunned thinking I was going in for a loan and they sell alot of merchandise also.... first red flag .....then as I wait I over hear them harrasing people on the phone... probably missed payment people... 2nd red flag ....... they messed up running my credit and said I didn't have any credit at all... they forgot to add my ss number....3rd red flag ... after getting approved the lady came out from office and rudely projected her own opinions on me so I decided not to choose their loan since she was so rude and offended me so badly. keep in mind I am somebody that has 100% payment history

First let me add I've never done wrong by these people.. I called ahead of time and said I will be making my payment on Friday was do on Tuesday... But they felt the need to call my employment even after I made Arrangements and to make matters worse it was the same day i made my payment. Like who does this .. behind a 350 dollar loan and I've used a few times get over yalls self...NEVER AGAIN

Great place to get a loan. Lady's that work there are very friendly and generous. I explained my situation and they done everything in their power to help me get approved for a loan. I would definitely recommend Western Finance.
