Awesome customer service! As soon as you walk in you feel the positive energy from the employees and always willing to help.

The worst experience they ask you to download an app to pay even though they have processed my payment over the phone before. They don’t offer direct withdrawals from the account and don’t process your card payments even though your card is working fine. You have to pay on the app and save your information there or send them a check which won’t work if you don’t send it in advance. Worst service ever won’t get loans from here anymore since it’s a nightmare to pay back.

I'd give this loan company 0 stars if possible. They're committing fraud they admitted it and still want the customers to pay after they have been robbed. Along with that they have the worst service as well. I would not recommend this loan company to anyone.
