I had an amazing experience with my recent car purchase! Tony is so helpful and communicative and made sure I had everything I needed to make the process a smooth one. I appreciated him taking the time to answer any questions I had and help me through all the details of first time financing! I feel that he made it the best possible car buying experience I could ask for! 10/10 recommend.

This was my first time doing something like this. Though my financial advisor was kind and patient, it seemed that he was someone inept. This process took over 2 months to complete, because I was not informed of many things that needed to be fulfilled in order to expedite my new loan. You would expect if there was a hold on some of my pending documents that I would be informed immediately, not via email, but over the phone. I would be sent random emails and expected to know what to do with them. Because these errors kept occurring, my loan contract expired, and we had to start the entire process over. This meant that my my low interest rate went up by an entire point. Being that I had the intention of refinancing my car at the very beginning of summer, I went ahead and agreed to the new terms, worried to repeat the same process in the hands of another company. My final concern is that I was told once the documents were completely signed and taken care of, that it would only take a week or less to your back from Tresl. It has been 2 weeks since I've heard from Tresl, and I have finally been informed that my new loan is about to initiate. I have had to pay my car note twice since setting out to fix my high rates.

I had a really good experience with Tresl. Kim was very helpful on the phone and let me know the documents to submit via the secure website. Jase, my finance advisor, helped me throughout the process and answered all of my questions. He helped guide me through the seven step process and was very patient and helpful. Alexander was great via Zoom. I would definitely work with the people at Tresl in the future.

Just completed the initial part of my car purchase, from a maturing lease, and so far Katerin and Tresl have made it a simple, painless, no frustration, almost flawless transaction. I dreaded the idea of trying to purchase my car from the local dealer. These folks validated the way I always thought a purchase like this could and should be handled. I have little doubt the completion of the transaction will go just as smooth. I would gladly use their service again if needed.

Decided to purchase a Mini Van with Avis, they seem to have much better prices than anyone else. Tresl is the company they use to finalize the process and secure financing. The process was super smooth, they were very communicative and Marion was a pleasure to work with. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Very misleading. You apply to a "lender", in this case a company called "Tresl" who is actually an agent for a third party who claims to be looking for a refinance loan on your behalf. I have equity in my car and wanted to reduce the number of total payments with a lower interest rate. Credit Karma claimed "outstanding" approval odds to reduce my APR by about 7%. Instead I'm told my interest rate would actually go UP. I did not approve a hard credit inquiry. The Credit Karma site says that the application process will provide preliminary offers from lenders subject to final approval which would require a hard check. I was never given any offers from Tresl, Autopay or any other shill companies they own. I have ordered this company to do one of two options: find an offer similar to what they advertised, or notify the credit bureaus that pulling my credit report was done in error. I guess they didn't learn their lesson the last time they were caught doing this with credit cards. The court meant ALL of this chicanery was to stop.

I love these guys (and gals)!!! They have been very professional, straight forward, very clear about their needs on what I needed to submit, and the process from start to finish was smooth, very smooth! I will be mentioning them to friends and family for sure! I received phone calls and text, as well as emails with every pertinent piece I needed. Everything went quick as long as I was quick with my responses. I suggest, have your ducks all in a row when you communicate with them, have all your paperwork ready to go and you can't go wrong! The process was great but they lied, the loan company they lined me up with Seattle Credit Union, I was told would not charge a prepayment penalty and the monthly payment I make goes to the principal first and then the interest, that isn't the case and instead of my loan getting smaller with each payment, since I pay a little extra than is required, it's getting bigger and 92% of my monthly payment is going to interest! Don't go through these guys!

I have just completed buying out my car with Tresl/@jon, and my experience has been fantastic. This has been the most hassle free experience I've ever experienced when buying or leasing a car in the past. Within days of reaching out to Jon everything was completed, with minimal to no work on my end. Price was much better than when going to a dealer direct. Oh, the best part. No in person meeting or going down to dealerships required, you do this from your couch! 🛋️🤠 I Wish I had known this for my previous car's, and I sure encourage you to do the same!
