Rude rude and they have not one time cashed our check. With no reason why just that they weren’t comfortable. Do not go. Unless you like wasting your time and love being treated rudely.

Rude Closing employee on 3/3/2021 Upon walking in prior to closing I was not greeted. The employee did not greet me once I made it to the service window neither. I Then after standing there in front of her for 10 min trying to make small talk with no response. she states the computer was not working!!! There was no sorry for the inconvenience, have a good day.. nothing but the computer is down ..followed by silence.when i asked again did you say the computer was down she replied by a head shake! So was the computer really down or did she just not want to do her job because it was at the end of the shift? Like where is your customers service?

Great place to cash checks. Friendly staff, and price they charge to cash your check is fair. Will also cash all types of checks that no other place will besides your bank which is closed on weekends. No ID or expired no problem. Person to person check no problem. Money orders, company checks anything you can throw at them I have yet to see them not cash it. My go to place to cash anything I might need to cash on weekends or when sometimes my bank won't cash a certain something.

This is my first time having an issue at a cliffs I arrived around 1:45 pm l, all the associates are counting money and we are just standing there not even being acknowledged. I ended up going to first cash advance next door. I wasted my whole lunch waiting to cash my check.

The employees here are all so nice and friendly! This is my first cash checking place I’ve been to and I plan on only doing my business here so that should say something!
