Experience was great until I started my attempt to pay them off. I have made all my payments on time and renewed a few times with no problem. I attempted to make a extra payment in order to pay off early and the young lady told me they could not take the extra amount that was not a full payment. In one month I paid $250.00, which my monthly payment were 100.50. My regular payment is $100.50 but to close the account they added $15.00 more dollars even though I had made extra payment in the same month. Be careful with this company. I do not think it was design to pay off. By the way I paid them off one month early, and still was charged $115.00 instead of my monthly $100.50. So I wont be going back, if it can be helped. Tanya Nicnor if that is her real name was very rude when I inquired about the extra payments and early payoff amount that did not sound right. Too Many fees, takes advantage of your need for emergency need for cash.

I was hestitant applying online at first because I thought it was a scam, but when she Tania called me back and told me i was pre approved, I was more than happy. I’ve been struggling with losing my car and home and Tania made my experience quick, easy, and sooo much less stressful. I feel confident accepting the loan and making the payments. Best loan thus far. Thank you so much again.

My husband and I was in the Lewisville location to obtain a loan for him. The young lady there was was pleasant but….. it was her 1st day on site. She state that she had only been with the company for two weeks and the other person quit so she was offered this position. #1. I don’t fought her. But she should have never been there by herself. There should have been a supervisor to help her at least their days or more. Plus she only been with the company 2 weeks. 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️. She was having problems with the printer and some questions on the application that she was unfamiliar with. Again I don’t fought her. It the company!!!!!!!!!! But I was pleased with the interest rate on the loan my husband got.

I was Going to leave a bad review but decided against it because i finally Had someone that helped me this company change people at this location like you change your socks things that be their fault ( because of them updating their system charge you a late fee when you on auto draft and they didn’t put your correct card info in the new system) is crazy but anyway I’m leaving this review because this company finally hired someone that knows what he is doing thank you so much Gabriel after months of going through hell you fixed my account like you said the five ⭐️ review was for you for your professionalism and customer service actually having your words match your actions
