I recommend this place if you need a Loan. They are courteous & friendly. It was a good experience & when I fractured my ankle they sent me the paperwork to have the insurance cover my payments. This has been a complete Blessing!

I cant speak for everyone else but my experience has been great with them. Made the loan process somewhat easy and gave me multiple ways to make payments. The same day you pay your monthly bill is the same day they count your payment. They don't put a three day waiting period on it that like other finance companies do. Sometimes that three days will push you over to a late payment with the credit bureau. So if you are looking to repair your credit or increase your credit score these are the guys to go with.

Don't be deterred by the poor reviews, I assure you the experience I had with Brittney working with me this past week was nothing short of the standard for customer service. She was very patient with me taking a little time to narrow down exactly what I wanted to do then was very respectful when I asked her to help me help her have everything in line to minimize the appointment processing, I was in and out of there and they were awesome. I actually feel bad they they are shadowed by thr poor work of others but from my understanding they are no longer employed there. I would definitely recommend you giving them a call if you need anything!

This might seem like a fake review but I assure it's real. This was one of the easiest and painless loan processes I've ever been through. They squeezed me in same day,had my $8000 in my account by monday. It's all new staff so they were friendly and quick. If I ever need another loan this where I will be going again.

Bad! Bad! Bad! The worst experience ever! We used to live in Denton so our account was over at Denton. We moved to Prosper though so they moved our account as well to Little Elm (we did not have a choice on that part). We were just going to add more funds from our previous loan. We went through the process like we did the first time. The only difference is, Cindy, the person helping us does not explain everything. She first told me we don't have to come in and we can be done by Friday (we started the process Tuesday). After we turned in all the paperwork she needed, she then called again and said they could not see everything in my pay stub. I turned it in the same way I did with the first application (Denton) so I'm not sure why they couldn't see it. I tried three different ways, scan screen shot and all and still no success. Monday came and she never called me the whole day even when I called twice. Then on Tuesday I called again twice and finally I got a call back from Cindy and she's saying that we have to come in. She did not say that why but that we just need to come in and our application won't be processed if we don't. I told her early on before we started the process that my husband and I are working and we can't come in during office hours. Cindy never told me that they close at 7:30pm that day (Tuesday). I then talked to the Denton branch and they were the one who told me that we needed to come in because my pay stub can't be verified and that they can't say anything aside from that and they can't move the account back to them either. If Cindy just told me the reason, it would've at least helped. But nope, lack of communication skills. The manager is no help either. Talked to her and her only response is, 'Yeah, 'I heard her say that', 'I know', and did not help at all. Don't even bother with this branch. If I can give 0 stars, that's what they would get.

I don’t know about anyone else’s experiences but mine was very PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY with a down to earth person. I worked for a few days with Crystal Z and let me tell you this. She was up and waiting on me for my appointment she was very professional friendly and about business. There was also a guy behind her who thanked me for my business and he wished me a good day. But if you all need any financial assistance please call up and ask for Crystal she will help you and get you going. Thank you Crystal!!!

This place is very dishonest. They will have you drive across town and say” you are not approved for the loan you wanted. But over the phone say” you have been approved. I wouldn’t advise anyone to come here.
