Ms. Toni is an amazing woman. She is willing to work with you on any item in her store. If you want it she will find a way to work it into your budget. She is one of the most compassionate and understanding people I have ever met. I never walk out disappointed.

Everytime I go in Ms. Toni is so pleasant. She always sets aside tools or a fishing pole that she knows I will love. I never leave without a smile on my face or something new.

Toni has hands down one of the worst attitudes I've ever come across, decent experience got what I needed but man.. don't go before coffee lol

Literally the Best pawn shop I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! If you want a place that will treat you like family, this is the place to go! I have been going here for the past 5 years and have never had an issue! I can trust my most prized possessions with Richard’s pawn! They are more than understanding! If I am ever in a bind and can’t make a payment, Ms. Toni and her crew will do what they can, within reason, to help me out! Not to mention if I need something or really want something, they will work with me on a payment plan that’s suitable for my budget! I absolutely love Richard’s pawn and look forward to continue my business with them!

I mean they have quite a selection of pricey guns but pretty terrible selection of anything else. 4-5 laptops (old enough to not be relevant mostly), 5-6 TV’s (in a poor state and steep) and a few overpriced video game consoles ($40-$50 cheaper on fb marketplace). All the tools there looked like they’d been through the ringer. Not even cleaned off, or they were just in THAT bad of shape. If you’re looking for any good tech options, avoid this place. Few computers, no projectors, drones, VR sets, so on so forth. Didn’t see many miscellaneous options either. The whole place has shelves on the wall and 2 in the middle, and is about the size of a living room. Not really sure how this place has higher reviews than the generic pawn shop down the road. Neither are great but the other one at least has some inventory of “new age” items and appliances. To finalize, why I’m leaving a 1 star (instead of the deserving 2) is bc as I was shopping there, I could hear the people at the front snickering about how much they had sold something for to someone who had JUST left, it was very plain. They didn’t even seem to care when they saw how close I was. Bad business ethics. Won’t be returning.
