Never again will I get a loan let alone recommend anyone here. I was behind on a payment which I had told them I will pay off the loan as soon as I gather the money together because it seemed as though I was never going to finish paying this off after 2 almost 3 years. They would call my Mother and boyfriend harassing them telling them I needed to call to make a payment before they take the money out of my account WITHOUT my permission. I understand I owed them and needed to pay it which I intended on doing but for them to yell at my Mom over the phone the way they did and basically threatening to take the money out without my permission is very unprofessional. Glad to say I paid what I owed in FULL. To get them off my ass and never have to deal with them again.

The manager has let her little position go to her head! I'll be so happy when my loan is paid off, so I never have to go back in there. Stay away!

The customer service is Great! The young lady named Kris is very helpful and Answers all my questions!
