unprofessional place. I am always on time with my payments and pay off loans with no problem until I went right now to pay off my current loan. She made an unauthorized payment without guarantee of me receiving the money she told me I will get as usual. They couldn’t refund me my money after doing that. I will no longer be going to this place after this considering I needed the money I had for groceries.

Always have a friendly staff that explains everything in an amazing way. Been coming here for years and the quality of service is always above and beyond!
