Iam grateful that the loan me money but the only thing they got is it that they do not communicate with the customer flora and Marco have a good customer service but the other girl that works there she does not have any good customer service. Still waiting on them to call back about a check that got lost . Here Iam since 3 payments out and still haven’t resolved my issue.

They started off friendly but are extremely unorganized and have damaged my credit as a result. For a few months they kept trying to charge an old bank account even after I had given them new bank account information. I filled out a new ACH form and everything and they still kept trying to charge the old account. This resulted in me getting a lot of late fees and showing late payments on my credit. Then they started requiring credit card information every month and they would never charge my card on the date they said they would. At this point I will not be recommending them to anyone. I don't think they will last in Lubbock with their dishonest business practices. I'm sure they will have a rebuttal to this review and it will say everything is all my fault and that's fine. They can say what they want but if you choose to use this service you will see for yourself
