I used to love the service there. They were great at one point in time!!! Recently had a bad experience with a new person they hired. She’s very rude so unprofessional! I always make my payments on time. I had to call corporate and complain. Jennifer was professional until she hired this new girl not sure if she is a related? Anyhow they will never get my business again and I’ve been with them for years!!! Definitely don’t recommend them at all!

The staff at Atlas Credit Lufkin is absolutely wonderful!!! Especially Mrs. Jennifer Poe! She goes above and beyond to help you out with almost any situation. Keep up the good work y’all!

They started out very nice but don't get sick and unable to make your payment on time because they will mess up your credit. I made the payment late thy flagged my credit and when I was sick and couldn't make my payment they flagged my credit. When my husband died and I had to go out of state to bury him they flagged my credit for non payment I wouldn't refer anyone to them.

I love this location. The staff is great. Mrs. Jennifer is a doll. I just hate that Ms. Shawna Jordan doesn't work there anymore. I will always refer any of my friends to visit this location if they are in need of some extra cash.

The staff there are outstanding. They are always so nice and it’s a place that I recommend highly. Thank you guys for being the wonderful people that you are. Go there and they will do their best to help you.
