Don't expect to get what you thought you were going to get! They promise you lower interest rate at a higher loan amount! But you end up with a lower loan amount with higher interest! I was working on rebuilding my credit! Choose someone else! I found the best way to pay down the loan is to kill the interest! 1200 dollar payments 4 months later! I owe less. 3 payments left

Just so the public knows. I took out a loan of 8000. I have paid back 1200 and still owe 7600. Thisoan acquires a high interest rate DAILEY four a four year payment span. THIS IS A RIP OFF AND A SCAM! YOU ARE WARNED!!!!

It was fast an easy. They try to work with you. Most of it was done over the phone so when I got there, the process was quick.

Professional fast and easy process! Only small thing is it wasn’t clear that they wanted to keep my originals of some paperwork I just wish that was communicated straight forward by saying prior to my arrival , “ we are keeping the originals when you bring them in to sign”. Other than that no issues.

I've been dealing with the Lufkin office for a couple of years now and they are the absolute best. They have great customer service. I may not have the best credit but they were able to help me at a time that I needed the most. I wasn't able to get what I asked during that time but I was thankful to get close to it because I wasn't able to get it nowhere else. The process was fast and easy.
