Mari has excellent service! The rates were better then the others. I love her personality! Mari is great but my overall experience with TitleMax up to this point has not been good at all. I got charged $14 + dollars for trying to pay my bill early online last month and when I paid my bill two days ago on my due date and got a confirmation receipt the woman at the Conroe , Texas office is telling me I owe $1.75 for something that’s not my fault, I’m not going to pay no more than what my due date amount was which is what I paid and as I said I have a copy of my receipt on my phone that I keep in my files. So yea Mari was great but I would not recommend using TitleMax and I regret I did .
