I would highly recommend Dan Peterson with Commercial Loans of Texas. I am a physician in private practice, and I approached Dan about helping me to navigate the commercial loan process for a new medical office. He was proactive and very helpful during the process. His experience and knowledge made a big difference. He is amazing.

I was searching on Google for a lender who can do a commercial loan and I found this company. I read through all the reviews and see people mentioned good things about Dan Peterson so I feel positive and decided to give Dan a call. To my surprise, Dan was short, rushing on the call and said that he did not want to take any small loans ($250k) and hang up on me while I was still talking, so disappointed. I guess if you're not looking to borrow in the millions, stay away from him. Dan Peterson is rude af.

Worked with Dan from Commercial Loans of Texas. We had been working for two months to refinance our loan on a property owned by my LLC. I got tired of waiting for other slow institutions and decided to give Dan a call. He had me closed within a month and his service and team were top notch. I didn't even have to drive out to a title company and got to close from the comfort of my own kitchen table. Would use them again and recommend to anyone needing a commercial loan.

Daniel Peterson did a fantastic job of closing my construction loan. He made me aware of all financing options and went out of his way to investigate them.
