John was amazing, outstanding customer service. I went in for an emergency loan and I was very nervous, wasn’t sure about getting a loan but John was very professional and explained everything to me which made me very comfortable and confident in my decision. It’s one thing to be in a bond but when you have people like John that’s understanding and professional it gives you a sense of calmness.
