I walked in and asked to speak to bank rep. Jordan Tatsch greeted me with a fantastic handshake, welcoming smile and sincere pleasure to meet me. We talked about my business and possible long term needs. Not once did he look at his watch or break contact. He's not your typical banker. He's a business man who happens to offer banking services!

Today I spoke to Maria at Marble Falls branch. I was needing help with a question regarding my account. She explained everything so well. Huge help. Michelle I. who is now at Johnson City branch was always so helpful also. Very pleased!

The staff are always friendly and know you by name. It's a great small bank with a hometown feel. I always get great service and friendly conversation.

Atm is broken 5/31/21- It didnt give me any money, the money thing didnt open, I tried twice it didnt work & Its saying it took 80$ out of my account yet I didnt receive any cash

Would give 0 stars if able. $4 check cashing fee to cash a check FROM THIS BANK. Ridiculous
