Although the ladies were very helpful in the beginning of the loan process, not so much thought the payment process. The constant harrassment during the day. Up to 5 phone calls a day at times. Calling before your payment is even due. I took out a $300 loan right at the time Covid 19 hit. This was my very first loan! I made a couple payments and then became late on a payment, due to losing work and income like the majority of the U.S I continued to recieve excessive phone calls demanding money or I will have a litigation filed. Sure I know that's how it works. You don't pay your loans, you go to court. The constant nastiness and tone along with LAUGHING at me over the phone saying "well your going to have a litigation filed on you if you don't pay, when can you pay?" I said "Nicole it would have to be next week sometime" she says "well what day" As she continues laughing I say "it must be comforting to still be employed and have the full income to live as usual" Nicole then literally yells, while laughing, WELL WE ARE FILING A LITIGATION BYE. and hangs up on me, as we were in the middle if making payment arrangements for the following week. DISGUSTING to laugh at people's hardships. All while I was trying to set up payment to pay on my loan. Certainly grateful my phone was recording the conversation at the time. I would like to make my payment, but now I am concerned about hostility from this complete stranger.

The ladies that work here are very professional and sweet. Any time I need a loan I know I will be treated great and get the help that I need. I would recommend them to anyone.
