I got a loan out and everything was going well until I tried to refinance. First of all they checked my credit again without notifying me they were going to do so. Then after wasting 30 minutes in the office they told me they couldn't refinance me the girl that was helping me asked who helped me the first time, I said the Manager.we both looked towards the Manager but she didn't even look at us like she didn't even want to deal with me anymore . other loan companies I've dealt with just refinance me no questions asked. Not happy with the service at this company

Do not get a loan at this location. They add insurances and other items in your loan without telling you. They don’t even want u to read the contract. If you do decide to get a loan don’t get it with Mirella Garcia. She will not help you … More
